Loco GWR 517 Class 0-4-2T, running cost 0,27€/km, are they too low? Other locos have running cost >4,62€/km.

Hmm, I see what you mean! The costs, etc. have not been properly balanced yet in any event (and doing it properly is a very big job), but this seems orders of magnitude out. I'll add a zero onto the end for the next version. Thank you for pointing that out!
