r4196 - Map does not open showing correct location

In the last two or three days, I've had problems with the map. When I open it up, it is not centered on the place displayed in the main view. The place it centers on depends on where I am in the main view, but is somehow offset or scaled. If I start panning around in the main view, the map automatically corrects itself.

Windows 32-bit, GCC 4.4.0

It is not affair of only 4196 - but also of 4180.
