[FIXED] r4280 Duplicate new vehicle message

Hi.

I'm running simutrans standard revision 4280 pak 128 without add-ons with windows 7 64 bits. The problem is that when I load my savegame there two new vehicle messages that always appeared duplicated and the second copy contains strange caracters and one sametimes contains no message:



It happens always when you load the game I haven't had the time to test it under linux with a friendly debug compilation... The link to download the savegame is:
