    Happy and unhappy passenger on stations.
    Are they merely indication of service quality or unhappy customer will give some negative
    influence later?

    If it is just indication, I wished some actual penalty applied on it.

Unhappy passenger are not queing because of an overcrowded station and thus will not travel.
