online installer failure (solved)

i tried to install the simtrans - and even wierd -
link if you can't see it http://simutrans-germany.com/files/upload/Bug3.JPG
the error says something missing from folders on server so i don't have full detials what is causing the error but its says 404 not found meaning the specific folder or server failed to download the pak
