Mini-map optimization

Just a minor quirk, but I beleive the mini map system could perhaps use some optimization, because currently it loses performance very fast on large maps. (to be specific, the dynamic updates such as convoys don't lag, but dragging it around does)

I personally like to play on maps which are between 1536 squared or 2048, and the mini map starts to lag significatively when using such sizes. :)

Also could the expand map tool be fixed to spawn forests too?

It is already highly optimized for those sizes. Before it took about 30s to open a 4096x4096 minimap. Now only the visible areas are updated.

It still lags a lot when dragging though. But again, I'm not a coder and I didn't check the code, perhaps that's already as far as it can be pushed.
