Name of the files in SVN

Can we make some specification of the Filenames?

1. Please only ASCII Names (a-z, A-Z, 0-9, No Spaces, and: "_,-")
2. Please only lowercase ending (at example png and not PNG)

So it is easy to use them in the automatic generate PAK ... Unix is case sensitive ...
