False reading of translations/missing translations

Some time ago I found that translations are wrong read from their file or they are missing. But I was not able to identify that problem. Because size of files is the same (or a little greater than of previous - that means that there are some new texts), I can think that problem has name wrong reading of translations - but I am not sure.

Some time ago I found that translations WHICH ONES? are wrong read IN WHAT WAY? from their file or they are missing. But I was not able to identify that problem. Please test, this should have been fixed already.

What do you mean by

tools dialogues headings

In latest version it is fixed - all these called.

minimap, railways, monorail, maglev, ships, aircraft, finances, line management, and so on.
