Many thanks to prissi for compiling a release of pak128.Britain 1.09 to go with the new simutrans executable 111.  As this is the first release in a year, there are quite a few fixes/changes from 1.08, too many for me to remember but I will try to summarise below:
- many more snow images
- planes
- basic narrow gauge
- more ships and trains
- more citybuildings and attractions
- some player colour stations
- player barriers

Severous

Thank you The Hood and all who contributed to this.

At the moment I am playing a PakBritian save game that I want to continue with.

If I downloaded the new version will my save work still?

Will I be able to continue the save game (it is the demo game that came with PakBritian)?
Regards
Sev.

The Hood

Old saves should still work.  Some object names have changed, but compat.tab should take care of that.  No economic balances have been made either, just additions of new objects and changing some retirement dates etc.

Severous

Thank you The Hood.  I have just downloaded and installed the new release of Simutrans (111.0) and I believe by selecting PakBritian in the on-line installer I have gotten this new PakBritian version as well.

You were right - my PakBritian save game created and played in the earlier versions continues to run with this new version.

I can see Airplanes now (era off). :)  When obey era/timeline is on, is the first plane available in 1965?
Regards
Sev.

The Hood

For now, the first plane is available in 1965 (BAC 111).  There will be more in future releases covering a greater timespan, but they haven't been drawn yet.

Hello

I'm working on the "Ford Trimotor" (Pax and mail), introduced in 1929.

Sorry, but I'm very slow....
