I don't think there is a way. You can only add a year using public services.

If you want to do it in a savegame, there is one possibility to do so:

Change the format of the savegame in simuconfig.tab to 'xml'.
Then edit the savegame in xml (it will be pretty huge).

Search for the current date inside of the file (there is an earlier thread, where this is described more precise) and change the year to the year you like.
Don't change other entries, because of the risk, that the savegame will be corrupted.

After you changed the year, don't forget to restore the filesave format back to the compressed format.

The procedure is relatively time-consuming...

maybe this method works only on small "young" maps
I've playing over 200 years on a so big map
and give fatal error ((
I desided to continue to play in the far future whithout some objects ))))

Oh, as far as I know, that always happens with simple text editors.

In earlier days, WordPad could open that without error. Since Windows7, WordPad doesn't exist anymore. Maybe Notepad++ or MS Word could help.
Should be worth a try...
