In the real life the people, who travel further, get on first the bus and so on.
For example I do a bus line between cities: A-B-C-D-E. There are a lot of passengers in city A and they go to B,C,D,E and  there's a  problem. I think the bus should pick up first the passengers to city E, then D, C and last B. But in the game it's inverse, the bus pick up first the passengers to B, then C,D and E. The trains work good at this point of view.

Is this method change recently? because I don"t remember the game did it formerly.

Yes, there have been changes into this, depends on how you define "lately". I'm not sure when this changed. One year ago, two years ago?

I played 2 years ago and the order of passenger pick up seemed to be the same as now, B, C, D, E (Standard versions).

In real life I never see waiting passengers sort them selves in order of distance to be traveled, neither shortest or longest have priority. First come, first served. (+plus a bit of queue jumping here or there)

Maybe you can alter the bus stopping order?:
A>B>C>D>E>D>C>B> is presumably what you have now.
A>E>D>C>B> would alter the load (and stopping order) to what you want
A>B>C>D>E>D>C>B>A>E>D>C>B would mix it up a bit alternating the stopping and loading pattern.

This behavior has not been changed.

Do you plan to change this system? For example there are a lot of passenger to every city(B,C,D,E) from city A, and the bus ,with 100 seats, pick up 25-25 people (or something like that) to every city.
I think it is more realistic, than the current system.

I don't think it's more realistic, in truth I never seen this type of behavior. From the bus companies here, it's who buys the ticket first.
So if someone buys the ticket from city C to E, he takes off the seat for someone that will want one from A to E, but not from someone that will want one from A to C.
If it could be changed I would say, have a maximum load option, or use the behavior I described, who gets in first get the seat.

Maybe the maximum load option solve my problem, it's a good idea.
I thought the coach. The bus driver call the people, who travel 150-200km or more, to the furthest city (E) , then who travels D, etc. So the driver prefers long-distance passengers. Of course if empty places remain in the bus, the short-distance pass' can travel with this bus. It concerns only the hungarian situation.
