Obsolete vehicle filter

I have for a long time occasionally wanted a filter in the vehicle list for finding obsolete vehicles, so now I tried to write one. What I have made appears to work, but it would be nice if an experienced simutrans developer could take a look at it. I might have missed something that won't crash instantly, but cause random errors over time.

Just to be curious, why? For instance pak64 forbids buying obsolete vehicles.

EDIT: Somehow we had here so many depot filters, I was in the wrong dialogue. Sure. I seems Dwachs already submitted it.
