[New release candidate] Simutrans 112.0 Experimental 10.9015

I have just released a testing version of Simutrans-Experimental for people to test the work that Bernd Gabriel has kindly done (see here for details) in merging the latest released version of Standard (112.0) with the latest version of Simutrans-Experimental.

Download the release candidate here. Note that games saved with this version will not be compatible with the normal Simutrans-Experimental 10.15. This contains only the game binary itself - makeobj and nettool are not included for the time being. I hope to release a future release candidate build with makeobj and nettool in due course

This version incorporates all of the features of Simutrans-Experimental 10.15 and Simutrans-Standard 112.0 (except those few features of Standard that are deliberately omitted from all Experimental versions, such as the "no routing over overcrowding" setting).

The purpose of this release is to enable it to be tested thoroughly so as to chase out any bugs that may be lurking before a final version based on Simutrans-Standard 112.0 is released for general use.
