[>5177] Cannot prolong any tunnel way from slope

I need to build tunnel under water but I found that I cannot to do it.

I begin building tunnel as often - by preparing tunnel entrance and building of few tiles of way - but after using of slope, I cannot build no more tiles of way from that sloped tile of way.
