Ahh, that's not a bad idea - I prefer that to the city limits idea, I think, as it does make a little more sense. I have a very, very long queue of things to code, but if anyone would like to write code for it, I'd gladly include it in Experimental (or alternatively, it would be lovely to have it in Standard).
