Small documentation/translate patch

I just commented a few functions with javadoc and translated a variable name to english.

I think it's better like this, take it a look please. If you don't mind me doing more of this as I progress on CEGUI, I'll submit more patches.

Actually I think I got the algorithm wrong (it's a bit cryptic), trying to correct the comment.
