Oil in the 1920s

Hi all.

The starting year of the petrol station is 1920. The starting year of the oil truck is 1929 (July). As in real life the average petrol station doesn't seem to get supplied by train or ship this seems to be a bit of a gap.

My request would be either an earlier verson of the oil truck or an adjustment of the starting point of the petrol station to July 1929.

This so others don't make the same mistake as me setting up an entire industry chain for petrol early game (October 1920 now) and then discovering the final stretch is not so easy.
