[Bug] Crash when speed in goods list reaches 0 km/h

Picking up what I wrote in http://forum.simutrans.com/index.php?topic=9686.0, I checked for the crash bug in Standard/Pak128 now. It does not happen there, but with Experimental, it happens both with Pak128 and Pak128.Britain-Ex so it should be related to the executable. To sum it up quickly again: if you set the speed bonus in the goods list window so low that the associated speed would reach 0 km/h, the game crashes. I'm still playing with the latest Experimental Windows complete package.
