[0.8.3] Wrong cost to build bus stop

• Mousing over 'Basic Bus Stop' reports a construction cost of 25.00; this is correct.
• Mousing over 'Bus Stop with Shelter' reports a construction cost of 50.00; building one actually costs 100.00.
• Mousing over 'Bus Stop with Shelter and Post Box' reports a construction cost of 75.00; building one actually costs 225.00.
• Mousing over 'Bus Terminal' reports a construction cost of 100.00; building one actually costs 400.00.

Presumably a multiplication by the level of the stop is happening in the wrong place; this does not seem to happen with railway platforms and station buildings, or even (surprisingly) with staging inns, only with bus stops. 

(Incidentally, why does a  'Basic Bus Stop' cost more to maintain than a 'Bus Stop with Shelter'?)
