I dropped the ball on this because I got busy and was confused on it.
Where it stands: DNS is on the primary server; the account is on the secondary server. When I first set it up, it was working. Then there was a DNS problem (across the whole primary server). I thought I'd put back in what needed to be there, but it's not working, and........ it fell off my radar.
I'll go back and work on it - at this point, it'll be tomorrow. It must be duplicately defined in the zones or something, so I'll have to poke through and see if it is - and that's why I put it off and let myself forget about it. d'oh. So I'll get back on that.
