Bonus_basefactor in simuconf.tab

I was just looking at changes in pak64 and I noticed a new setting:

bonus_basefactor=1255

which relates to the speedbonus. Its commentary suggests that the unit is in 1/1000 and its default value is 125.

However the value given is 1255. Is this a typo or has the default changed?
