[3.9] Does not compile on Linux

Hi,

gcc doesn't like line 470 in simhalt.cc:

vector_tpl<fixed_list_tpl<uint16, 16>> f_list;


There needs to be a space before the second left bracket to comply with the current C++ standard.

Ahh, thank you for pointing that out. That will be fixed in version 3.10.
