Could you update the italian citylist using the attachment? The citylist contain the 200 italian bigger cities.
Do you know if there is a place where I can ask the pakmantainers to update the list or I have to insert the request in each sub forum dedicated to individual pak?

To answer your question, since how to handle city lists is a matter for each individual pakset maintainer, there is no centralised way of doing this, so you will have to contact the individual maintainers.
