abort 'withdraw all'?

q: is it possible to abort this command, as it was before? seems that clicking it again now only hastens their disappearance...

Maybe by aborting every vehicle individually. All the "Withdraw all" button does (or so I guess) is send a withdraw command to each vehicle.
