Hi,
Just advising that the citylist_ru.txt file is not correctly formatted, resulting in city names not being displayed correctly.
Comparing it to pak64, it seems to be missing a character at the beginning of the file.
(I have update pak128 on Steam to use the citylist_ru.txt file from pak64 to resolve this issue in the mean time).
I can't figure out why this character is necessary, anyway thank you very much for both reporting and finding the solution. Anyway I had hard time starting a new game with all my game in Russian you know :p
The fix will be incorporated in pak128 2.7 .
