In some thread, it appeared to me, that all my problem reports and change request might look like I think badly about Simutrans standard. I don't.

Simutrans standard is very good, and there are only small details which I find, and which seem to be missing to excellence. And to make up for any bad feelings that I might have caused, I want to add a big :award: THANK YOU :award: to all developers who listened to my wishes, and remedied so many of them so quickly.

I was very positively surprised to see your feedback on "technical issues" so long after your "retirement".
I found them refreshing, a new point of view from the game's creator. As a one, I felt already some of the things you pointed out but I was accustomed to them.
I feel the UI is very important in a piece of software, and Simutrans's is not the friendliest. Thank you Hajo for your suggestions and I associate to you thanking all the developers for their amazing work.
