[BackImg]-Priority

When I have two objects, painted as [BackImg], is there a way to find out, which one is displayed in game?
In my special case, there is a station and a road element, which both are [Back Img], but only one is displayed (the road).
Both pics cannot be used as [FrontImg] because of vehicles...
Can someone give me a hint?

Sorry for the late reply. Imho both objects should be displayed. Of course one of the objects can completely hide another one, but this should not be the case here. Could you provide screenshot / savegame / pak-file of the objects in question?
