r1977 - How can I solve "Init without world!" when exit the game ?

When I exit a game, sometimes "Init without world!" error happens.
What is this error meaning, and how can I avoid this problem ?

THis should only happend during init ... but the message system is more or less brainddead implemented in this very. A static class would make more sense.

Tested in r2008.
This problem doesn't happen anymore.
