Title: Weight - Decimals are allowed?

Hello
Decimals are allowed in the weight parameter in the file. "dat"? In fact, I BAE_146_300 set weight = 29.1 simutrans but the weight appears to be 29. If I use the decimal are allowed "." or ", "?
