The first of a series of regular graphics contests (SRGC) will be held in two months, the detailed timeling can be found below.

The winner will be selected in a double process, through selection by a jury, also taking technical aspects and difficulty into account and through a public poll.

The first topic will be decided upon in an open (brainstorming) process in another forum thread.

What's it all about?
Subject of the contest is new graphical content for the game. The content has to be available under the license of the pak-set it is made for or the artistic license 2.0. Providing as much source material (e.g. blend files, photoshop files) is greatly encouraged. Entries should also be compatible with existing pak-sets, or pak-sets in development. The aim of this contest is to encourage people to make the game richer.

Contestants are in general only allowed to have one submission. For distinctively different graphics exceptions can be made by the jury president or SRGC moderator.

Timeline
The decission for the first topic should be finished by next sunday (10 April). Within one week a jury head is to be chosen (by public consent). Criteria for the judging process shall be announced at 15 May.

From 1 June to 15 June graphics can be submitted and screenshots, pak files, sources and background information can be posted here in the forum.
From 24 to 30 June a poll with all submissions will be open for all forum members. The winner shall be anounced on 1 July.

The discussion, started by mobo, starting this contest can be found in this thread.

Václav

It seems like if my idea from previous year (Olympic games inside this forum) survived regardless of there was no else post than from me.
