Title: Waste Carriage
Post by: Paretje on December 27, 2009, 12:02:29 PM
Theoretical, the scrap_yard and Incinerator are always available, but you can only transport waste out of 1931 on the way. That's why I created this horse carriage. It costs 0,15¢ for 15m³, which makes it quite more expensive then the later motor cars for waste, but still profitable, since you get 0,08¢ for waste.

Title: Waste Carriage messes up Simu 102.2
Post by: electroduck on February 26, 2011, 02:19:14 AM
I downloaded the file and put it in my pak folder.
Now I start simutrans.
Simu Says:

FATAL ERROR: obj_reader_t::resolve_xrefs
cannot resolve 'GOOD-waste'
PRESS ANY KEY

Wine C++ Runtime Library Says:

Runtime error!

Program: Z:\Users\verdigris\Desktop\simutrans\simutrans.exe
abnormal program termination

Press OK to exit the program, or Cancel to start the Wine debugger.

[Ok] [Cancel]

Clicking cancel...
Program Error Says:

The program simutrans.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
------------------------------------------------------
This can be caused by a problem in the program or a deficency in Wine.

(Blah blah blah more about reporting problems with Wine.)
I remove vehicle.Wastecarriage.pak from my pak folder...
Simu runs fine.
