pak96.comic Version 0.4.4 for Simutrans 100.1-2170

pak96.comic Version 0.4.4 for Simutrans 100.1-2170 or newer

The new version 0.4.4 needs a nightly (testversion/deleopmentversion). Simutrans have a lot of changes. And pak96.comic will be up to date. So it is necessary to use a nightly.

Tested was version 100.1-2170. Newer Versions of Simutrans should work without porblems. Nightly Downloadseite

What is new?

Version 0.4.4 have ships and a harbour for the first time.

    * new Skin (old skin is as menu.WindowSkin.pak2 present! you can use the old skin so:: menu.WindowSkin.pak rename into ...pak3 und menu.WindowSkin.pak2 into menu.WindowSkin.pak .)

I voted for "OK", because:
1) sometimes the ship parts drive backwards
2) truck yard has no icon (or it was forgotten)
3) you made a better pak than 128 ::)

Well, now... these two errors are easily fixed and can be seen when you start a game. You must play before releasing, too :)

Harbours and train stations are absolutely fantastic! And the supermarkets (malls?) are astonishing.

It's a pity I must work on 128, or I would start making things for 96.c!

All this (and something more) is known. This version have a few errors, but it was deadline. And so the pakset is there.

The truckyard have a big problem. trucks go over the fence. I'm looking only for a solution. Then comes the button.

Which direction? I can't see this...

Also, all truck trailers need constraint[next][0]=none or you can make road trains... maybe you wanted this?

I let the players the choice. It's pak96.comic. You should there be able to do more than in real paksets. Maybe I change it. I don't know. Let's see, what the players think.

I think it'd be to have free choices within pak 96.comic as well as other paks. Roadtrains are nice, and the decision to use it or not could better be the player's than the author's, that's the power of Simutrans... right? ;)

The only way to fix the trucks is leaving empty space in front. With setting length, it is not so big problem...
