[all] "pass. dest." ?

On the server game, if I look at pass. dest.  of a city in my network, I can see yellow and pink dots where suitable, but to far away places (especially but not only those outside of my network), I get mostly brown dots, which I assume are 'no route' indications, although surely there is a route to go there. This will happen for every one of my cities.
Something wrong there?

(example: open pass dest for Newsand, and look at the dots in the southeastern corner of the maps. Well connnected places, but all brown dots)

I noticed some problems with the passenger destinations display whilst working on the walking-passengers and private-car branches, and fixed them there, so fixes to this should be available in good time. Thank you for spotting the problems, though!
