Problem with forum attachments

WHAT'S A SHAME !

attachment max size 128 KB ! and .rar not allowed ! It's really crippling. I need to attach a 128 kb rar file or a 176 kb zip file >:(

Please increase this limit and/or allow rar files, we really need it !  :'(

I included "rar" into allowed attachment extensions. Also I increased the max side per attachment to 150KB.

Sorry, we have to save bandwith and space in this server. Soon I'll discuss about forum usage and procedures about attachments into order to find a better solution for this issue.
