I'll show some of my work.

Nature Gas Factory

Why not? Simutrans has 'Gas Tanke', but factory is not. why?
I made this.
(Graphic is from official oil field, gas station... someday, somebody make nice graphics?)
gasPlant provides Gas AND Oil. recently, I heard oil field provides oil and gas.
gasStation and gasModernStation consume gas. but gasModernStation can consume also Gasoline.
GasTanker is bonus. It can transport too much amount of gas. Yes, your freight terminal will be blown up.

Nature Gas is so light, and oil field provides so large amount of gas.
this fact is still remaining, 'I can't transport! TOOOOOOO MANY FREIGHTS!'.

under of two addon need Nature Gas Factory.
Electric Plant Set

Your budgets will be rich.
electricplant is provides Electric Parts from Gas, Stone and Sand. Electric Parts has so high speed bonus, like latest Intel CPU is expensive.
SmallElectricStore is Small Specialty Store like in town.

BigElectricStore consumes Electric Parts and so on.
RedThunder consumes also PrintersInk, Chemicals.
Takumi consumes only ElectricParts.

Sermart is supermarket.
it consumes Gas, Stone, PrintersInk, Moebel, Chemicals, milk, Stahl, Papier, Medicine, fish, meat, food, Plastik and ElectricParts.
Consume amount is not so large.

This is so powerful. But difficult is so hard.
YES, another way of electric produce. Nuclear fusion.

NaturalGasProcessingFactory provides HighCompressedIndustrialGas.
HighCompressedIndustrialGas is industrial fuel gas. like distilled water.
FifthGeneration-NuclearFusionkraftwerk provides electric from HighCompressedIndustrialGas.

your transportation must have high speed and large amount transportation.

Thank you for response.

Takumi has a 'Creeper' sign. (Sometimes, Japanese Minecraft player called him 'Takumi'.)
I was thinking about 'what design could be just fit for my new factory addon for sign...?'.
Unexpectedly, Creeper has green. Simutrans has green, as a emission color. Each color were just fit.

Simple Small Warehouse
Inspired from my picture taken in Simutrans offline meeting at Takamatsu, Kagawa, JPN.
Just only generic industrial building.
Small diference, but bigger looking.

Nice building but it looks too big in comparison with other buildings
