I noticed that the tar mac adam road has max axle load 8t, while heavy tar mac adam road has max axle load only 4t. Default ciry streets in 1930 are heavy tar mac adam, and cannot sustain the weight of contemporary trucks. I think the weight limits should be swapped.

Thank you - this was a mistake, I think. Weight limits now swapped.
