[devel-new-2] Cannot compile a working makeobj

I'm sorry to open another thread about this boring issue, however I have had troubble compiling makeobj for a very long time now (my last succesfull compile is the one on the server, dated back to 8th october).
I believe it is due to something wrong with the openTTD libraries, and I have tried multiple versions, compiling my own library (as suggested in this post: http://forum.simutrans.com/index.php?topic=14705.msg154718#msg154718) but I dont get a workable makeobj.

The thing that is happening is that the makeobj compiles just fine from mvsv2015 (on windows 10), but when I try to use the makeobj to create pakfiles, it just opens, sends a bunch of messages complaining about a wrong libpng, like pictured below:



I cant really find that specific version on the internet, what am I doing wrong?
