cobblestone road weight issue

Cobblestone roads with a weight limit of 8t are basically useless when steam vehicles that can use the extra speed are introduced in 1900.

Thornycroft Wagon (intro 1900) weight 7t dry and exceed 8t when they are loaded up. Sentinel standard (intro 1906) and Foden compound (intro 1911) trucks, at 5t, will also exceed 8t when fully loaded.

The player would have to forgo cobblestone entirely and use city roads with a limit of 35t.

a 12t limit would allow the above 3 vehicles to use cobblestone roads

Hmm - but tarmac roads with a maximum weight of 15t are introduced in 1900 for this purpose...

Ahh - perhaps it's not available in the currently released version. There aren't separate graphics for it yet.
