[SOLVED] Trains will not load fuel at the station

Hello! I've just started to play Simutrans and it's really fun!
But I just came across a minor problem, trains will not load fuel at a refinery in my game. The refinery is attached (has contracts) with the Carfactory and has a complete railroad to there, but when the train arrives to the refinery, it says loading 0%/100%. The refinery has one other station that loads oil (that works). Another train is using the one I have problem with, and it's working well. But only that train can use it.

What's my problem? Sorry for bad english...

Ps. Where do I check Pak version and other info?

The Refinery produces multiple things. A Car Factory probably does not accept fuel, but plastic, which requires a different type of vehicle.

In pak128, refineries produce plastic pieces for several industries, including car factories. Such plastic goods are transported using piece goods vehicles. As it's probably the most common type of cargo, you will easily find plenty of vehicles to transport them.
However fuel produced by refineries is consumed only by gas stations. You may have a refinery, producing three types of goods (fuel, plastic and chemicals) without having all the factories needed to consume all the produced goods. So there's no problem if you transport only the plastic and let fuel and chemicals in the refinery.

SUMMARY:/What I learned:
Use right trains/vehicles to succeed with your train-deliveries. And check what the factory you connect produces, (some can produce multiple things), to prevent problems!
