Problems to Join on a Vserver

Hello.

I have a Problem to join in a server. the serve is a Virtual Server.

The Problem ist that i want to join and in this moment the server crashed. Other Poeple comes without problems in it. is only me.

I was to think if i mus open the port but also this don´t work.
