Title: tile_height specified twice in simuconf.tab

Hi I'm not sure if it affects only experimental or standard as well. But in experimental/half-heights, in config/simuconf.tab, there is tile_height=8 at line 26 and tile_height = 16 at line 998. The second one is clearly wrong

Experimental has only one entry, with tile_height = 16.

hmmm, I have pulled recent version from git and it has both... and for double-heights it should = 8
