I just finished importing all the strings to Simutranslator (thanks FrankP).
You can start translating the website, the languages won't show in the site until I upload the files in the server. And I'll only import when it's complete.
Before uploading I'll test in my testing server and if I find anything wrong I'll let the translators know here.

I would gladly help but i don't yet have a simutranslator account, and right now the simutranslator site doesn't even load for me... Is it occurs sometimes, or i somehow managed to take it down by trying to send the registration form? ???

You should delete your address.
Don't panic =) I publishing my email anywhere and all ok. Spammers in Gmail filtered automatically (and some non-spammers too :)).
I'm completed Russian translation, waiting for placing it to site.
