Try installing the non-steam version and let us know if it works. At least this might give an idea if the problem is only with the Steam version.

Hi,  i try going into steam app folder and run game in terminal.

Seems its missing a library. ./simutrans: error while loading shared libraries: libxkbcommon.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Maybe its missing 32bit library? I don't know

Almost certainly. Even though Simutrans compiles and works for Linux x64 it's not officially available, you have to compile yourself, so I believe on Steam it's also only x86.
