I'm looking for a old game Transport Tycoon Deluxe. I need version for windows 8 ( hope the old game will work on that kind of windows)

Since it is a DOS game it might run on 32bit versions of Windows 8, it will probably not run on 64bit versions due to the removal of 16bit mode support. It should run on DOSBox and other old emulators I would imagine.
If you want an almost the same experience that will run on Windows 8 and 10 then I recommend OpenTTD.
