UTF-8 filenames

I have attach a patch to correct some filename at citybuildings/res-50.dat.

Thank you - that is very helpful. I have added these to the Simutrans-Experimental version of Pak128.Britain (along with the buildings to which they relate and other buildings added at the same time, which this patch made me realise that I had missed).

One thing, however, is that the translation texts for these in also need the utf-8 characters removed in the same way as here.
