Sometimes, scroll speed become extremely fast even if scroll speed is set 1 in Display settings window.
I think double clicking title bar to change window size occur this problem.
Clicking "Maximize" button or using short cut key (windows key + up/down) does not cause this problem.

But, I think there are some more condition that cause this error.
When does the fast scroll appear: after maximizing window, after going back to small size, after both?

Only going back to small size.
However, this problem may occur without changing window size.
After leaving the game deactive and back to the game, this phenomenon sometimes occur. (I cannot find out the condition exactly.)
