hi can someone please provide me with easy and free tool to paint for pak 128 ? Thank you :) I am using shades but it is more suitable for pak 192 comic

You may use any image editor you like. Gimp is popular. I used to paint my addons with Photofiltre which is basic although very simple to use.

hi is there a way to extract PNG and DAT file from pak file ? Thank you :)

The "pak" file system is made so that you can not extract png and dat from them. This is to protect the sources, I believe.
But usually, most pakfiles are open sources anyway, so you can either ask the author or find the sources online.
