Thank you for that report: I have increased the power on the S-Type. The other issue, however, does not appear to be a pakset issue; I shall have to look into the code to try to fix that one.

Thank you for those reports: most helpful. The 0km/h vehicles are certainly bugs, which will be fixed in the next release. More circumspection is required for the other vehicles: making a vehicle such that it can go Xkm/h when loaded might inevitably result in it being able to go X+Ykm/h when empty. If you think that the numbers are unrealistic for these specific vehicles, please let me know. Thank you.

Since heavily loaded vehicles will often drive more slowly in real live, whether from physical limitations or driver caution, it seems plausible to me.  The specific numbers seem generally reasonable as well, without further inspection.

Bug: Electrify a section of track.  Lay a grade crossing road across the track.  Remove the road.  Electrification stays... sort of.  Trains can't pass over until being re-electrified.

These latest two issues appear to be issues that are not specific to Pak128.Britain-Ex - can you reproduce either of these two issues in Standard?
