Using remove roads function on a railway crossing with a street, and removing the street, will mess with the electrification. It will read "electrified", but will not display DC Overhead/Third-rail, etc, and electric trains will be unable to use it. I've also had this happen on some bridges when demolishing and rebuilding them on the same spot (so that the approach is still the same electrification; then, the permissive setting will disappear as well) in a previous version - not sure if this still occurs in relation to bridges.
