I really liked the new menu arrangement. The underground menu is better now.
Just some strange things:
The oil carriage is only 0,01$/km. it's too cheap.

sojo, for the next release, please could you include the standard Copyright information for the ground.Outside.pak file?
This should be of the format:
pak96comic 0.4.10 other_info
E.g. the name of the pakset, the version and then any other text you want.
This is used by the game during reporting to the network server to indicate what pakset it is, so that all the pak96comic servers can be easily grouped together. It's also used as part of the checks to find compatible games to join.
